Bad for business yes at first everything was all good up until we paid our cash $775.00 and once than we didn’t get the same communication missed meet up not respect on why he didn’t show(Paul the owner) i ended up getting the job done myself. He told us to leave poisonous mouse poop around while knowing we have 3 babies under 3 and plus thats just gross. Said we had rats when we knew they were mice. Yes i did get my refund after he lied and said he told my wife to come a certain day but we never received any text or call to confirm anything. And when i got the refund he tried to downplay it saying oh they having an new baby as if thats why i needed the refund when the reason is you never did anything you gave us free traps yes than told us to text you everyday and you will let us know what to do according to the response we got from the mice. I got tired of setting food on a trap and without actually setting the trap up so i did my own thing and set the trap and it was successful over and over. I got my refund and he said he couldn’t give me full refund because they took taxes out already so i got $700 and paid taxes on something that has nothing to do with me and for bad service

We have a mosquito issue in our backyard due to a neighbors house. Nick came over to give me an estimate and essentially told me that because of my neighbor, he can’t help me. He suggested that I purchase a product and do it myself. Even though I didn’t use him, I was taken back by his honesty. It’s not everyday a business is truthful especially when you have a customer willing to do whatever to alleviate the issue. I will suggest if you have a issue with mosquitoes, to call this company and ask for Nick (Bethpage location). Being genuine and honest goes a long way and I would tell anybody to have Nick come over and give you his opinion regarding your yard and mosquitoes.

Great customer service and an effective application. During the initial visit the technician inspected the yard and perimeter of the house to identify areas of potential breeding. He was very honest and indicated ways on mitigating the issue. His suggestions coupled with the application have proven to be effective. Highly recommend this company. Thank you Mr. Mosquito!

I Had Nick From Mr. Mosquito come to my house yesterday for a quote. Super nice guy and not pushy at all. I was ready to spend whatever to get rid of the mosquitoes in my yard. Nick was totally honest with me and advised me that I didn't need everything that I thought. Where do you find a business like that anymore? He saved me a lot of money with his honesty. Other companies were looking to charge crazy money without even looking at my property. Nick and Mr. Mosquito solved my problem. Highly recommend them!!!

Nik and the crew at Mr. Mosquito are incredible. Since becoming a customer last year due to mosquito and flea infestation in my yard, we were able to enjoy our back yard last summer. I just called Nick this morning because it looks like the fleas are back on my property. He showed up within the hour to treat the yard and house. That is called service!
